Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders within India.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, and you’ll receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- We currently ship within India only. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp (+91 98954 09898).
Exchanges
- Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp (+91 98954 09898) or email yamunadinil@gmail.com with your order number.
- Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is not available, we’ll offer store credit.
- Sale items and customised or altered pieces cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or incorrect items
Each piece is checked before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
